DonorAdvisors Application
The first step in helping you and your clients create a family legacy is completing our DonorAdvisor Application (pdf) and submitting it to Global Gift Fund Advisor Services along with a $75 annual affiliation fee. Members and nonmembers of MDRT may apply to become DonorAdvisors. Once Global Gift Fund has received the application and fee, you will be sent our DonorAdvisor Kit. This kit includes our manual, forms, and other promotional material.
